From an early age, I have had an affinity with social psychology, understanding the emotions that drive our individual behaviours, coupled with a natural ability to connect people. This essence has been consistent in my career.
Irrelevant to role or title, I have always worked in change. From leading the people side of a new operating platform project in my first post-education role, facilitating workshops and training for one of the first web-based automated decisioning applications within a lending organisation; to introducing staff recognition schemes, embedding new behaviours and coaching project delivery teams to C-Suite leaders. The earlier part of my career cemented my passion for helping people navigate through change.
As my career progressed, I cemented my foundations in project and programme management, building my skills within project management tools and disciplines. And although I enjoyed the structural approach to change, the methods, and have an appreciation and an unusual fondness for governance, I truly believed more needed to be done to support the people through the change journey and really embed the benefits that projects promise to deliver.

This is when I was introduced to change management and found my true passion!
With my ability to understand behavioural triggers, my natural empathy for others and a truly collaborative mindset, I built my change management toolkit and skills. Now, with over 15 years in senior positions, from hands-on application on the front line delivering complex change in national and international companies to moving into coaching roles helping individuals, teams and C-suite leaders understand change management and the value it brings, I have become a recognised expert in making business transformation programmes deliver. Specialising in the human dynamic of behavioural shifts at both an individual and organisational level, I thrive by creating collaborative and appreciative cultures who focus on benefits and outcomes for customers.
